Use Of The Website

By using this website, creating an account, submitting information, making payments or booking the hall, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with PSN Ondo administrative processes.

The website is provided to support chapter communication, membership administration, payments, resources, events, adverts and hall bookings.

Member Accounts

Members are responsible for providing accurate account information, including contact details and professional registration information where required.

PSN Ondo may review, approve, suspend or update account access where needed to protect member records, verify eligibility or maintain the integrity of the platform.

Payments

Payments made through the website are recorded against the relevant member, booking or service. Online payment confirmation may depend on third-party payment providers and network availability.

The Secretariat may also record manual payments for transactions completed outside the online payment system. Members should keep valid receipts or payment evidence for reconciliation where required.

Hall Bookings

Hall booking costs ₦200,000 per booking and is processed immediately from the Book the Hall page after successful payment or manual payment recording by an authorized administrator.

The hall cannot be booked on Thursdays. Dates that have already been booked are unavailable and cannot be selected for another booking.

A booking is only valid after the payment or manual record has been accepted in the system. PSN Ondo may contact the requester where additional details are needed for proper coordination.

Submitted Content

When you submit adverts, resources, messages, images or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit them and that they do not violate applicable law, professional standards or third-party rights.

PSN Ondo may review, approve, edit, reject or remove submitted content where necessary for accuracy, relevance, professionalism, safety or chapter policy.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, layouts, documents and materials published by PSN Ondo remain the property of PSN Ondo or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.

You may use published information for legitimate personal or professional reference, but you may not misuse, reproduce or redistribute protected content in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the website reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, payment provider downtime or updates to chapter services.

PSN Ondo is not responsible for losses arising from unavailable third-party services, incorrect information submitted by users or unauthorized use of member accounts.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when website features, chapter processes, payment services or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
